I have spent nearly 20 years in software — enough time to have rewritten things I swore I wouldn't touch, weathered high-stakes production outages, and learned that most "best practices" come with an asterisk. I built trucnguyen.dev to share the knowledge that actually stuck: constraints, wins, and the hard-won lessons you only collect when you're in the middle of shipping real systems.

I hope this site saves someone from costly architectural missteps — practical experience for engineers, leaders, and anyone building under real constraints. No slide-deck theory, no hype.
